We are seeking an experienced
Technical Office Manager
to lead, manage, and oversee all technical functions related to project design, planning, cost control, and coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in real estate and construction, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to ensure smooth communication between on-site teams, consultants, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the technical office team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all technical documents.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, materials submittals, and technical reports.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents in alignment with project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and company standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, drawings, and revisions.
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify work execution against approved drawings.
  • Assist in value engineering, cost reduction proposals, and project planning.
  • Support project handover processes and ensure full documentation is delivered.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture

  • Minimum 10
    –15 years of experience
    , with at least
    3 years in a managerial technical office role
    within real estate or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of design standards, construction methods, and materials.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Office
    ,
    and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
