Technical Office Manager
for one of our clients in the
Real Estate Developer
located in Cairo, Egypt.

Role Description

  • Review and approve
    shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings
    to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with
    consultants, contractors, and site teams
    to resolve design and construction issues efficiently.
  • Manage and monitor
    BOQs, cost estimates, and value engineering proposals
    to optimize project costs.
  • Review and validate change orders, variation claims, and construction deviations.
  • Develop and implement
    technical procedures, checklists, and review protocols
    aligned with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil or Architectural Engineering.
  • From
    8
    to
    10
    years
    of experience, including at least
    3 years in a Technical Office Manager or Section Head role
    within a
    Real Estate Development company (MUST).
  • Strong knowledge of
    construction methods, design coordination, and value engineering.
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, and MS Office
    ; experience with
    BIM
    is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
