El Maaly Group for Recruitment is seeking to hire a dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter Supervisor
to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of 2 years of proven experience
in recruitment, with strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day recruitment operations
  • Manage sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
  • Ensure adherence to company recruitment standards and timelines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
