We're Hiring – Recruitment Supervisor

[Talent Pool Solutions & Sahl] is looking for an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to join our HR team and lead the hiring process across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the full recruitment cycle — from planning to onboarding.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Lead and support the recruitment team to ensure timely and high-quality hiring.

Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

Enhance the candidate experience and promote the company's employer brand.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
