About Role:

We are seeking a
Senior Talent Management professional
with deep expertise in
Training & Development (T&D) and Performance Management (PMS)
to strengthen our HR function and drive employee growth and performance excellence.

Role Description:

Training & Development (T&D)

  • Design, implement, and manage learning and development programs across the organization.
  • Identify skill gaps and create targeted training interventions to close them.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning initiatives.
  • Partner with department heads to ensure employees receive the right development opportunities.
  • Support leadership development programs for high-potential employees.

Performance Management (PMS)

  • Manage the performance management cycle including goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisals.
  • Develop and implement performance evaluation tools and processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance coaching and feedback.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Support talent calibration and succession discussions through data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in
    T&D and Performance Management
    .
  • Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, assessment tools, and performance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work with senior management and influence employee development strategies.
  • Experience with HR systems and performance analytics tools.
