We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Senior Manager

Maadi, Egypt | Egypt & Gulf Operations

We are a leading English-language education provider with multiple branches in Egypt & the Gulf, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to lead our recruitment function and scale our growth.

What You'll Do:

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across all departments

Build strong talent pipelines (teachers, sales, operations, customer care)

Manage, coach, and grow the TA team

Partner with department heads to deliver hiring needs on time

Drive employer branding and improve candidate experience

Oversee ATS, dashboards, and hiring KPIs

What We're Looking For:

8–12+ years of recruitment experience

3–5 years in a managerial role

Strong hiring background in service or education fields

Experience with high-volume recruitment & multi-branch hiring

Excellent communication, leadership & stakeholder management
