About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Technical Talent Acquisition Lead
to oversee and drive our end-to-end technical hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology recruitment, a deep understanding of IT and software roles, and proven experience leading a recruitment function to attract, assess, and secure top technical talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and IT roles across multiple departments and regions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.).
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical technical positions.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Track, analyze, and report key hiring metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in the technology sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles
  • Proven experience managing a recruitment team and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
