Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Qesm El Maadi, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The specialist will oversee technical recruiting efforts, manage full-life cycle recruiting processes, source and screen candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs. The role emphasizes enhancing recruitment strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and understanding of technical skills and roles
  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Strong skills in Interviewing, Hiring, and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and industry best practices
  • Exposure to IT domains and software industry is a must
