Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
who will play a key role in building high-performing engineering teams and supporting our growth strategy across the region.

About the Role:

As a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive end-to-end hiring for complex technical roles covering backend, frontend, DevOps, cloud, data engineering, and automotive embedded engineering. You will partner closely with hiring managers, technical leaders, delivery teams, and global stakeholders to ensure seamless hiring processes, strong talent pipelines, and an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring Delivery


• Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and niche technical roles across Egypt and the MENA region.


• Conduct deep-dive HR and technical prescreening aligned with Intellias standards.


• Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-demand engineering roles.


• Drive structured interview processes, ensuring quality, consistency, and strong conversion rates.


• Prepare hiring dashboards, analytics, and weekly updates for leadership.

Stakeholder & Business Partnering


• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and sourcing strategies.


• Lead intake meetings, clarify requirements, and define the ideal candidate profile.


• Collaborate with global recruitment teams to support cross-location hiring needs.

Sourcing & Employer Branding


• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow, events, communities, and referral programs.


• Promote Intellias as an employer of choice through outreach campaigns and hiring events.

Process Excellence


• Ensure smooth, timely hiring cycles with minimal delays and high candidate satisfaction.


• Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.

Requirements


•
5+ years
of experience in Talent Acquisition, including
3+ years in pure technical recruitment
.


• Strong experience hiring for
senior engineering roles
(e.g., Python, Java, DevOps, Cloud, Embedded, Automotive, Data).


• Excellent
stakeholder management
and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, global environment.


• Strong understanding of the tech market in
Egypt and the region
.


• Experience using
ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter
, and sourcing tools.


• Passion for creating outstanding candidate experiences and building long-term pipelines.


• Fluent in English.
