Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Senior Facility Specialist. The role involves overseeing daily facility operations, managing vendors and contractors, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include administrative support, ensuring facilities are optimized for efficiency, assisting in construction or renovation projects, and providing training where necessary to maintain high workplace standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Facility Management (FM) and knowledge of comprehensive facility operations to ensure best practices and cost-effective solutions
  • Experience in coordinating construction projects and basic understanding of building systems and maintenance processes
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools to manage administrative and operational tasks
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to handle documentation and operational follow-ups
  • Experience in delivering training and performing team coordination to enhance team productivity
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
