Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Rental Sales Agent based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Rental Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with their car rental needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring satisfaction. The role involves processing reservations, promoting additional services, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the agent will maintain accurate records, handle inquiries, and uphold the quality standards of Avis Budget Egypt.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Car Rental, with a strong understanding of rental procedures and options
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on delivering positive client experiences
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Sales aptitude, including the ability to meet sales goals and promote additional services
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
  • Familiarity with mobility or automotive industries is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality is preferred
