About the Role

We're a leading real estate developer seeking a data-driven
Senior Sales Operations Specialist
to optimize our sales processes, systems, and reporting. You'll work closely with the sales and management teams to streamline workflows, enhance performance tracking, and ensure data accuracy across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize CRM and sales databases (lead tracking, inventory, client pipeline).
  • Prepare accurate sales performance reports, forecasts, and dashboards.
  • Support pricing, contracts, and commission calculations.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, and Legal to align on sales processes.
  • Improve operational efficiency and support sales teams with day-to-day tools and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or sales support within a real estate developer.
  • Strong skills in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar), Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
