Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Operations Supervisor located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The primary responsibilities include managing sales operations, supervising team activities, analyzing key performance metrics to improve efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. The role also involves developing and implementing operational strategies, mentoring the sales team, and identifying opportunities for process improvement to drive business growth.
