Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Beverly Hills for a Senior HR Specialist. The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, compliance with employment laws, and the development and implementation of HR policies and programs. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with department heads, handling employee inquiries, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee relations
  • Experience with performance management and HR policy development
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
