We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Blue Collar)
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding blue-collar workers across our factories and showrooms, ensuring the hiring process meets operational needs and manpower plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify manpower needs for factories and retail outlets in coordination with department managers.
  • Source suitable blue-collar candidates through various channels (local networks, recruitment offices, job fairs, online platforms).
  • Conduct screening, initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring cycle including documentation, contracts, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a candidate database and talent pipeline.
  • Follow up on new hires during probation period.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor law.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in manufacturing).

Strong communication and sourcing skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies.

Work Condition :

Location: El Khanka

Days Off: 2 days weekly
