Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our growing HR team in

What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely placements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both operational and office roles.
- Support employer branding initiatives and career events.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience aligned with AROMATIC's values.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Win attitude is a must
- 2–3 years of experience
in recruitment or talent acquisition —
preferably within an export or manufacturing environment
. - Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about people.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
