About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile HR professional to join our team as a
Talent Acquisition Specialist & HR Generalist
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while also supporting broader HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms and employer branding initiatives.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, files, and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related queries.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in talent acquisition and generalist HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR policies, and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
