Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will develop and implement effective strategies to enhance employer branding and attract top talent. Regular collaboration with clients and team members to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational goals will also be an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
  • Experience with Interviewing and assessing candidates effectively
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to attract and retain talent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in HR consultancy or talent acquisition within a consulting firm is an advantage
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus

Key requirement

  • Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law
