Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Qesm 1st 6 October.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and supporting the hiring process. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, developing strategies to attract top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting techniques
  • Experience in Hiring and conducting Interviews effectively
  • Familiarity with Employer Branding strategies and their implementation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is highly desirable
  • Automotive, Real Estate and Manufacturing knowledge is a competitive advantage
