Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Qesm El Maadi. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, improving employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience from start to finish. The role will involve maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and staying updated on hiring trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Expertise in Interviewing and Recruiting candidates effectively
  • Experience in developing and promoting Employer Branding strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition software and tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or service sector is advantageous
