Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Qesm El Obour for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this position, the Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop and execute hiring strategies, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Daily responsibilities include sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Experience as a talent acquisition specialist not less than 3 years in Industrial sector.
- Proven skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting to fulfill organizational talent needs.
- Experience in Interviewing and Hiring to identify and onboard top professionals.
- Knowledge of Employer Branding to enhance the company's presence and attract candidates.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Obour city residents, or nearby places.
