Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Markaz Tanta. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process, conducting interviews, and implementing effective hiring practices. The role also involves employer branding to attract top talent and maintaining a strong recruitment pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the fashion retail or a high-volume corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing and recruitment techniques.
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred.
  • Must be based in Tanta or willing to relocate/commute.
