As a Senior Recruiter at TOWN GROUP, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by

overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across our corporate functions and retail operations. You will be based at our Tanta office and report directly to the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.


• Partner closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.


• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.


• Conduct in-depth interviews and effectively assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.


• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR and recruitment function.


• Stay up to date with labor legislation and hiring best practices.

What You'll Bring


• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the fashion retail or a high-volume corporate environment.


• Strong knowledge of various sourcing and recruitment techniques.


• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.


• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.


• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred.


• Must be based in Tanta or willing to relocate/commute.
