We're looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team

Responsibilities:


• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.


• Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records.


• Support performance management and training programs.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.


• Assist in developing HR strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles.


• Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor law, and recruitment processes.


• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.


• Experienced in talent acquisition and headhunting — proven ability to source and attract top talent.
