Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Markaz Tanta. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing human resources tasks such as developing and implementing HR practices and policies, managing employee benefits and personnel management. Daily tasks include providing support in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting overall HR functions to enhance the employee experience.

  • Employee Benefits and Personnel Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
