Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Human Resources Generalist based in Markaz Tanta
. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, employee relations, and handling employee benefits. The role involves maintaining compliance with HR policies, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. The HR Generalist will also contribute to benefits administration and workforce planning to support organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources practices, including HR Management and HR Policies
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Ability to implement and maintain HR strategies and drive company policy compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience of 2-3 years in a similar Human Resources role is preferred
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and software is a plus
