EPL House is a rapidly growing fintech and technology solutions company seeking a proactive and agile Human Resources Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all departments (Product, Tech, Marketing, QC, and Operations).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding). - Lead head-hunting initiatives for specialized roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional communities. - Collaborate with team leads to define job requirements and hiring needs. - Maintain an updated talent pipeline aligned with company expansion plans.

  3. HR Operations & Administration

  4. Handle employee onboarding, contracts, attendance, and digital records. - Maintain the HRIS system (preferably integrated with Azure Active Directory or Microsoft Support payroll coordination and variable compensation tracking. - Ensure compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor law.

  5. Performance & KPI Management

  6. Support departments in defining and tracking KPIs/OKRs. - Administer quarterly performance reviews and report progress to management. - Generate HR dashboards summarizing team performance and engagement insights.

  7. Culture & Engagement

  8. Implement initiatives that foster hybrid-team collaboration and engagement. - Organize quarterly meetings, team-building activities, and satisfaction surveys. - Reinforce EPL House's values of agility, innovation, and ownership.

  9. Agile HR & Organizational Development

  10. Apply Scrum and Agile HR practices in recruitment and performance cycles. - Participate in HR stand-ups and sprint reviews to align people strategy with delivery teams. - Contribute to continuous improvement in HR frameworks and organizational design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 2–4 years' experience in HR operations within tech, software, or fintech firms. - Proficiency in: - Azure AD / Microsoft 365 tools for HR systems. - Scrum / Agile HR methodologies (certification preferred). - KPI & OKR management frameworks. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong analytical, multitasking, and documentation abilities. - Bilingual proficiency: English and Arabic.
