Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Hurghada, with flexibility for some remote work. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee and implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and provide guidance on personnel management. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering HR operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, supporting employee relations, and developing strategies to enhance workforce engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Expertise in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and technologies
  • Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
