Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Generalist, based on-site in Mokattam . The HR Generalist will oversee day-to-day HR functions, including implementing HR policies, managing employee records, handling employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Additional responsibilities include supporting HR processes like recruitment, onboarding, training, and promoting positive employee relations within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • 6 months up to 1 year Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
  • Expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Ability to manage HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping and regulatory compliance
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities to handle HR complexities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
