Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Borg El Arab. The Human Resources Generalist will manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, implementation of HR policies, employee engagement, and benefits administration. The role also encompasses supporting employees with HR-related inquiries, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and contributing to HR strategy and continuous improvement initiatives that align with the company's goals.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices, including recruitment and staff evaluation processes.
  • Proficient knowledge in HR Policies and labor law compliance to maintain regulatory standards.
  • Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to ensure employee satisfaction and effective management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous HR experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
