Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR processes, implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and overseeing HR management tasks. Daily tasks include supporting recruitment efforts, addressing employee relations concerns, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and ensuring smooth benefits administration.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Proficiency in developing and applying HR Policies and managing HR processes
  • Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt
