Responsible for creating and executing strategies for people development, managing organizational change, and ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce. This role emphasizes hands-on management, promotes company values, and aligns human capital strategies with the organization's long-term success

Requirements:

  • Lead recruitment for the organization's workforce and senior roles, ensuring timely and cost-effective talent acquisition aligned with strategic goals.
  • Oversee manpower and succession planning to ensure optimal staffing and leadership readiness.
  • Design and align the performance management cycle with the company's strategy, and support its implementation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure performance objectives meet organizational goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers on performance management and address performance gaps.
  • Implement organizational development and change management strategies to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Support Personal Development Plans and mentoring/coaching programs for staff growth.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices to maintain organizational competitiveness.
  • Oversee the performance management system and align it with business needs.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to integrate Talent Management with high-potential programs.
  • Manage the Succession Management Program and job analysis/evaluation processes.
  • Review and recommend improvements to the organizational structure and work assignments

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or HRCI are highly preferred.
  • Additional certifications in Talent Management, Performance Management, or Organizational Development are an advantage.
  • Fluency in English
  • +10 years of experience in talent management, HR, or related roles
  • 5 years in leadership or managerial positions.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, development, and performance management best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and talent management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Understanding of the organization's industry and its specific training needs.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align talent management initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and talent management software.
