Role Description

We are hiring a Talent Management Section Head to lead our full talent strategy. You will oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.

Qualifications

·       
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

·

HR Diploma is a must, and MBA is a plus.

·

Must reside in Badr, Sheraton, or nearby areas.

·

5+ years of experience in Talent Management, including recruitment and training.

·

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
