Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based at our Head Office in Sheraton. You will be a strategic partner to our hiring managers, taking full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a variety of roles, from production and engineering to corporate functions. You will be instrumental in attracting top talent, building a strong employer brand, and developing innovative sourcing strategies to support our company's growth and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, industrial sectors.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruiting).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve recruitment metrics.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
