Role Description

The Head of Recruitment is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo. This leadership position involves overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing hiring strategies, and ensuring talent alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing recruitment teams, designing job descriptions, sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and maintaining a streamlined hiring process. The role also requires working closely with department heads to anticipate hiring needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of recruitment experience

, including:


• Blue-collar volume hiring (technicians, housekeeping, security)

  • Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Proficiency in creating and executing recruitment strategies and workforce planning
  • Knowledge in performance management and human resources best practices
  • Leadership and team management capabilities to oversee and mentor recruitment teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience in facility management or property management industries is an advantage
