Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter specializing in blue-collar freelancers, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various blue-collar roles. Additional responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and fostering relationships with both clients and potential candidates to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Candidate Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing
  • Strong skills in Recruitment Strategies and Candidate Relationship Management
  • Familiarity with Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Onboarding processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of the blue-collar job market is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
