About the Role

We are looking for Freelance Sourcers to help us attract and refer candidates interested in Call Center roles across Egypt.

This is a commission-based opportunity — ideal for students, graduates, or professionals seeking flexible, remote work.

You will use social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.) to find job seekers and refer them to QuickfirmX.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for call center positions through social media or your personal network.
• Share and promote available vacancies across online channels.
• Refer interested and qualified candidates to QuickfirmX for screening.
• Maintain communication with the recruitment team regarding candidate progress.

Requirements

• Strong communication and social media skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment or willingness to learn.
• Access to a smartphone or laptop with internet connection.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Previous experience in sourcing or sales is a plus (not mandatory).
• Students, fresh graduates, or part-time professionals are welcome.

Commission Structure

• 1500 EGP per hired English-speaking candidate.
• 2000 EGP per hired bilingual or other language candidate (e.g., German, French, etc.).
• No fixed salary. Payment is commission-based only.

Earning Example

Your earnings start from 5,000 EGP+ per month depending on performance.

For example:

• If you refer 4 English-speaking candidates who get hired → you earn 6,000 EGP.
• If you refer 7 bilingual candidates (e.g., German speakers) who get hired → you earn 14,000 EGP.

Training & Support

All freelancers receive a short onboarding session and access to recruitment materials and templates to help them get started quickly.

Continuous guidance and follow-up are provided by the QuickfirmX recruitment team.

Career Growth

High-performing freelancers may be promoted to Team Lead or join our Partner Program, gaining access to higher commissions, additional training, and exclusive recruitment projects.
