Remote Freelance Recruiter (Commission-Based)

Overview

We are expanding our global recruitment network and seeking motivated
Freelance Recruiters
to join our remote team. This is a
commission-based role
with
mass hiring opportunities
, ideal for proactive individuals who enjoy connecting talent with opportunity.

You'll work remotely, manage your own schedule, and earn commissions for every successful hire you bring onboard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and refer qualified candidates for various open positions.
  • Use online platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, etc.) to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct basic interviews or pre-screening calls in English.
  • Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
  • Meet hiring targets and deadlines.

Requirements

  • English level:
    Minimum
    B1 (intermediate)
    — able to communicate clearly in both writing and speaking.
  • Experience:
    Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is an advantage but not required.
  • Tools:
    Access to a computer/smartphone, stable internet connection, and communication tools (Zoom, Telegram, Google meet , etc.).
  • Skills:
    Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attitude:
    Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
