Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and networking groups to identify and attract qualified telesales candidates.
  • Screening Resumes: Review incoming resumes and applications, filtering out candidates who do not meet the required qualifications.
  • Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Evaluating Fit: Evaluate candidates based on their communication skills, sales techniques, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Negotiating Offers: Assist in the offer-making process, including discussing compensation, benefits, and contract terms with selected candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment within the sales or telesales areas, preferably in educational industry.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills, with the ability to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and video conferencing software.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Understanding of remote work dynamics and the ability to assess candidates' suitability for a flexible, home-based role.
  • English speaking and writing are required.
