Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Freelance Brokers, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Freelance Broker will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. The role also includes liaising with insurance companies, preparing and submitting required documents, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient resolution of claims and amendments. Effective communication and consistent follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in insurance processes, services, and sectors like property, life, medical, Engineering, Marine, life and pension insurance
• FRA registration code is a must
• Problem-solving skills for handling claims and resolving client concerns efficiently
• Time management and organizational skills to handle documentation and follow-up efficiently
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance companies
• Previous experience and familiarity with the insurance industry in Egypt is a must
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field preferred
