Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, specifically in sourcing blue-collar talent and candidates with expertise in the furniture industry. Day-to-day tasks include identifying recruitment needs, posting job vacancies, proactively sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the best recruitment outcomes. The role also involves building a robust candidate pipeline, maintaining a network of skilled professionals, and providing guidance to junior members of the recruitment team.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically for blue-collar roles and the furniture industry
  • Proven expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members
  • Ability to build talent pipelines and maintain professional networks to support workforce planning
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and other HR software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role is required, and familiarity with the furniture industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
