Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Blue-Collar Recruiter based in Cairo. The Blue-Collar Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified blue-collar workers to meet the company's staffing needs. Daily tasks include drafting job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding procedures, and maintaining a talent pipeline. Collaboration with department leaders to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely placement of personnel is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, specifically in sourcing and hiring blue-collar workforce
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • Proven ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in Egypt
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, databases, and tools
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and understand operational needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the security or logistics industry is advantageous
