Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Operations Specialist located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid.

The Senior HR Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing talent development strategies, managing performance and succession planning processes, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

The role includes developing career path frameworks, overseeing learning & development programs, and supporting leadership development across all levels.

The specialist will collaborate closely with department heads and HR business partners to ensure talent strategies are aligned with organizational objectives and culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Talent Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Strong understanding of Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement
  • Hands-on experience in Learning & Development and career path design
  • Knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Management
  • Ability to implement and adhere to HR Policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in HR Talent Management
  • Experience in the automotive or mobility industry is a plus
