Job Title : Technical Office Manager

Project Location : North Coast

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the projects delivery and management of all technical matters, together with responsibility for the long-term as well as the day-to-day.
  • Leading and managing the Technical Projects Engineers - effectively communicate organizational support needs (Engineering assistance, QC assistance, etc.) for maintaining compliance with construction schedule and execution requirements.
  • Preparation and submission of regular progress reports to the projects together with details of recommended measures to overcome anticipated problems and maintain project progress within program and budget.
  • Ensure that adequate and appropriate QA and QC systems and procedures are established and implement.
  • Knowledgeable in the application of project management principles, concepts and techniques including procedure generation approval and implementation.
  • Knowledgeable of construction principles and problem-solving techniques.
  • Managing, reviewing & approving the contractor work shop drawing & material samples.
  • Reviewing & approving the structural & architectural shop drawings coordination between finishing, electric, mechanical & sanitary works quality, reviewing.
  • Assist in the coordination to technical and operations support of the company projects.
  • Reviewing, planning &coordinate for projects schedule and controlling.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.


•8-12 years of experience in the field


• Ability to prepare technical shop drawings & Qs


• Proficiency in engineering software as following;

  • - Architecture engineer: Autocad , Revit,3D Max , Naviswork
