About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales, Acquisition & Partnerships Lead to drive growth across Egypt and the GCC.
This role focuses on acquiring new enterprise clients and building strategic partnerships that accelerate market expansion and revenue growth. You will leverage your network, market expertise, and consultative sales approach to deliver tailored SaaS solutions that solve real business challenges for enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate is a strategic deal-maker — equally skilled at leading complex enterprise negotiations and cultivating high-impact partnerships that create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive new enterprise acquisition by identifying and converting high-potential clients in target sectors.
• Develop and expand strategic partnerships with technology providers, system integrators, and channel partners to enhance market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Leverage existing connections to open new opportunities and drive long-term growth.
• Lead the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting, qualification, and proposal development to negotiation and closure.
• Design tailored SaaS solutions that align with client business objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
• Develop account and partnership growth plans, including upselling, cross-selling, and co-marketing opportunities.
• Track market trends and competitor movements to identify partnership and acquisition opportunities that strengthen market positioning.

Requirements
• 2–4 years of proven experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships.
• Strong background in enterprise client acquisition and strategic partnership building.
• Proven success in closing large-scale SaaS or enterprise technology deals.
• Deep network of enterprise clients and partners across Egypt and the GCC.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Experience selling to industries such as retail, telecommunications, Medical, E Commerce, banking, or government.
• Knowledge of CRM, AI-driven platforms, or digital transformation SaaS tools.
