With a vision of democratizing e-payments, PaySky is committed to making payment solutions accessible to everyone, everywhere, ensuring seamless digital transaction experiences.About the Role:We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong background in Banking, Fintech, or Software (SaaS) to join our team at PaySky & Yalla and help us make people's lives easier.If you want to join a fast-growing fintech company operating in 18 markets and empowering 10+ central banks, with a bold vision to democratize digital financial services, this is your chance.What You'll Be Doing:Drive enterprise sales growth and manage business development activities across your assigned region.Build and manage strategic relationships with banks, fintechs, telecom operators, and large corporates.Lead partnership negotiations and manage end-to-end deal cycles — from prospecting to closing.Collaborate with product, technology, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client success.Contribute to the design and execution of regional go-to-market strategies.Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy.Represent PaySky at industry conferences and fintech events across the region.What We're Looking For:7+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales within Fintech, Banking Technology, or SaaS.Strong understanding of digital payments, APIs, and super app ecosystems.Proven record in building and closing large-scale partnerships with financial institutions or enterprises.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Willingness to travel across the assigned region.Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).**Regional Focus:Egypt: Experience engaging with national banks, payment schemes (Meeza, InstaPay), and regulators.**GCC: Deep relationships with banks, fintechs, and telecom-led payment programs in UAE, KSA, and Qatar.Africa:Experience in digital financial inclusion programs and partnerships with central banks or payment service providers**.Benefitrong>ts:Competitive salary Social & Medical insurance Flexible working environment Performance-based bonus Learning, Development & Career growth opportunities**
