Nextera is looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing team.

If you have a passion for technology and a proven track record in software sales, we'd love to meet you

Responsibilities:

Identify and target enterprise clients to generate new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Conduct product presentations and software demos tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to develop customized proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise software sales.

Strong understanding of software solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS, or similar).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
