Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of sales executives to reach monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and approach new business opportunities and potential merchants.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow merchant acquisition.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth merchant onboarding.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and share updates with management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of sales experience in
    fintech, payments, or banking
    .
  • 1+ years of experience leading or supervising a sales team.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
