Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team meets its goals. Daily duties include coaching and mentoring team members, monitoring sales metrics, preparing sales reports, and identifying market opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.

  • Experience in sales strategy development, sales management, and setting sales targets
  • Skills in coaching, mentoring, and team leadership
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales metrics and reporting
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the business support services industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
