We are looking for a dedicated Partnerships Supervisor to drive our card benefits program. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring merchants, closing deals, and expanding the benefits ecosystem for our users. Your focus will be on identifying high-value merchants, negotiating strategic partnerships, and securing exclusive offers that enhance the experience, engagement, and spending behavior of Klivvr cardholders.

What you will do

  • Identify and target new merchants across relevant sectors to join the Klivvr benefits program
  • Lead the outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing of partnership agreements
  • Secure exclusive offers, discounts, and cashback deals tailored to Klivvr users to drive card usage and engagement
  • Maintain a strong pipeline to consistently meet monthly merchant acquisition targets
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all merchant partners
  • Build and grow long-term partnerships that support high-value benefits for Klivvr users
  • Evaluate partnership performance and offer effectiveness, proposing enhancements where needed
  • Renew and optimize partnership agreements based on performance insights and market trends
  • Work with internal teams to design benefit packages and seasonal campaigns that resonate with Klivvr's user base
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align merchant offers with user engagement campaigns
  • Monitor competitor programs and industry trends to keep the Klivvr benefits portfolio competitive and attractive

To succeed in the role, you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or merchant acquisition—preferably in fintech, payments, or consumer-facing industries
  • Proven track record with an established portfolio of merchants and successfully closed partnership deals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
